The trip to Salasar Dham was as enriching as the destination itself. We had left in the early morning to traverse through the rustic landscapes of Rajasthan. The arid beauty of the desert dotted with vibrant hues of local life made our journey all the more unique. Excitement was palpable as we approached Salasar town where the temple is located.

The roads which lead to the temple are neat, and the facilities for travelers abound. Local vendors selling traditional Rajasthani artifacts, food stalls that serve authentic snacks like kachori and jalebi, and the buzzing of devotional songs gave a flavor of what to expect.

The Divine Aura of Salasar Balaji Temple
As we entered the temple premises, the atmosphere was electric with devotion. The Salasar Balaji Temple is devoted to Lord Hanuman in this region, who is also known as Balaji. The idol of Lord Hanuman, which has been ornamented with ornaments made of gold and silver, carries a powerful and yet peaceful aura.
